About This Guide

With the theme “Enjoy Our County’s Bounty,” Shenandoah Grown showcases Shenandoah County’s rich farming heritage and provides a comprehensive guide to locally produced agricultural goods available to county residents and visitors.

As the latest project in the Shenandoah Forum’s effort to strengthen Shenandoah County’s agricultural sector, we hope through the guide to increase both awareness and the availability of local farm products, and encourage more value-added activities for our citizens and visitors to enjoy.
