In 2015, we opened a USDA inspected processing facility on-site including a smokehouse for hams, sausage and bacon. We have been raising hogs for over 40 years. We farm two Century Virginia Farms that have been in continuous operation for over 100 years. (One farm is from my mother’s family and the other from my father’s family.)
We specialize in all cuts of pork including chops, ribs, roasts, bacon and sausages that we sell both on-farm and at farmers’ markets.
